اینترنت بانک“Karanet System” was developed to facilitate banking services to natural and legal customers. Karafarin Bank developed “Internet Bank System” to perform financial transactions with withdrawal made possible (controlling signatories of deposits) by Token and one-time password for real and legal customers (having joint account). Karafarin Internet Bank System (Karanet) offers services such as internal bank transfers, inter-bank transfers, tracking financial transactions, cancelling, editing and delivering the registered requests for legal customers. In this new system, the stages of performing financial transaction for legal customers are as follows:
1- Creating transactions by financial affairs officer to whom a legal user account is dedicated.
2- The financial transaction is sent to the inbox of all signatories to be approved by them and is valid for a 7-day period.
3- Approval or disapproval by signatories
4- Checking the withdrawal conditions and reporting to financial affairs officer while verifying by the system.
5- Completion of the transaction by the financial affairs officer.
How to Apply for "Internet Banking Services"
1- Personal visit to any branch of Karafarin Bank with original ID card.
2- Filling in the application form for using "Internet Banking Services".
3- Revisiting the applying branch with original ID card and receiving confidential envelope containing username and password.
4- Visiting the bank website and activating internet profile within 5 days from receiving the envelope.
Short messages may be received for the following events:
• Logging into the internet banking system
• Unsuccessful logging and inactivation of the profile
• Activation of internet profile by the branch user while delivering the confidential envelope
• Inactivation of customer's username by the branch user for any reason
• Resetting the password by the branch user
• Approving checkbook application by the branch user
• Rejecting checkbook application by the branch user
