Karafarin Bank launched its Telegram bot platform as means to complete its set of electronic banking services and to take advantage of modern advertising methods on Tuesday 27 May. This bot was also launched as an instrument of training, informing the public, and customer accountability.
Due to the ever increasing use of modem public relations instruments such as smartphones and their high degree of influence on the general public, Karafarin Bank decided to launch this telegram bat. This bat is also to assist customers to access their data in the shortest possible time, Public Relations reported.
Based on this report, all customers and users who have installed this bot on their smartphones can access all information on the Bank’s products and services, address of branches, customer care line, etc., 24/7.
This bot is also capable of receiving customer queries and replying automatically and immediately. For instance, clients can request the address of the Bank’s branches via Telegram and receive their answer instantly.
This bot is totally free to use, the only requirement is that the users have internet connection. Furthermore, with this bat available, the users no longer have to physically approach the Bank or to fill in form to obtain such information.
