<p dir="ltr"><span>The ordinary annual general assembly of Karafarin Bank was held on Wednesday 15 August, in which 82.24% of the shareholders participated. <br> </span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>The shareholders approved aIRR30 EPS and the financial statements for the year ended on 20 March 2018, in this assembly, Public Relations reported. <br> </span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>The shareholders also selected the auditor and legal inspectors (main and alternate) and the official gazette as well as approved other topics related to the meeting’s agenda (in compliance to the Commercial Code). <br> </span></p>
